Noche de Xipe Totec will be a night of great food and drink inspired by Xipe Totec, the Aztec life-death-rebirth deity, god of agriculture. Executive Chef Oscar Moreno will prepare a delicious and unique coursed Prehispanic menu that honors the deep connection between food,culture and renewal.

This Prehispanic Modern Mexican menu brings the cooking methods and tastes of Old World Mexico together with those of today’s familiar Mexican cuisine. The dinner will feature cocktail pairings to go with each course.
