Dinner Experience will be a night of great food and drink inspired by the Native American culture. Executive Chef Oscar Moreno has prepared a delicious and unique coursed Prehispanic menu for you to enjoy and learn about the food and celebrate Xochiquetzal the Goddess of beauty and love from the Tlaxcalteca region.

This Prehispanic Modern Mexican menu brings the cooking methods and tastes of Old World Mexico together with those of today’s familiar Mexican cuisine. The dinner will feature cocktail pairings to go with each course.
