Prehispanic Chef Dinner Series - Olmeca Culture

Noche de Olmeca will be a night of great food and drink inspired by Olmeca culture. Executive Chef Oscar Moreno has prepared a delicious and unique 5-course Prehispanic menu for you to enjoy and learn about the food and culture of the Olmecas.

This Prehispanic Modern Mexican menu brings the cooking methods and tastes of Old World Mexico together with those of today’s familiar Mexican cuisine. The dinner will feature cocktail pairings to go with each course.
